6. Fees & Payments

  • Posting may be free or paid, depending on the ad type (e.g., premium listings).
  • Payment for featured ads is non-refundable once the ad is live.

7. User Conduct

  • No abusive, misleading, or spammy content.
  • Respectful communication with buyers/sellers is mandatory.
  • Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

8. Rentals

  • Rental agreements are strictly between the parties involved.
  • Vdress Vintage is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from rentals.

9. Buying & Selling

  • Vdress Vintage is a listing platform only; it does not guarantee item quality or delivery.
  • Buyers and sellers must verify each other’s credibility independently.
  • All transactions are at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

  • You retain rights to your content but grant Vdress Vintage a license to display, promote, and distribute your listings.
  • Do not post copyrighted images or content without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Vdress Vintage is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the platform.
  • We do not mediate disputes between users.
